Who is responsible

This website is run by Rareș Manolescu, executive team coach, based in Romania (“I”, “me”). For any question about your data, use the contact form or message me on LinkedIn.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send me:

• your name, email address, organisation and message, when you use the contact form or the message box;
• your email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter.

Why, and on what basis

• To reply to your message and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your request (steps taken at your request before a contract) and my legitimate interest in answering it.
• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it

The forms are handled by Wix.com, which hosts this website and stores the submissions on my behalf as a data processor. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration that follows, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and embedded videos

I don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and Vimeo's “do not track” setting.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, its correction or deletion; you can object to its processing or withdraw your consent. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
