Rareș is a very experienced Executive Team Coach (PCC-ACTC ICF) and Master Trainer, with a high level of energy and business knowledge. His systemic coaching perspective of team dynamics and profound understanding of human motivation help participants become engaged in the learning process, increase their self- awareness and move towards action. He is working with clients from Europe, Middle East, North and South America, Africa and Asia.
His role as business coach, trainer and business owner helped him gain extensive knowledge from working in 37 countries from 5 continents in the last 28 years, challenging his creativity and his learning capacity in order to provide his clients - mostly multinational companies - with the optimal solutions to their needs.
